To arrange an appointment please book online or ring the surgery on 0121 328 9579 during reception opening hours. 

Alternatively if you have a query that doesn't necessarily require an appointment, you can submit your request  here 

We do our best to accommodate  urgent appointments on the same day.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please cancel online, or ring us as soon as possible in order for us to be able to offer the slot to someone else.
